Dimensions can help you access programs that will have a direct, positive impact for your company. We are devoted to our clients and our commitment runs deep. Additionally, there are several incentives to hire individuals referred by Dimensions, which are outlined below. These programs do not require extensive paperwork, and do not obligate you to retain the individual should they not be a good “match” for your company, or the position.

Work Experience is a program that offers employers the opportunity to mentor a client; helping them to return to the workforce. In this situation the Department of Workforce Development contracts with a third party agency to serve as the employer of record. All wages and fringe benefits are paid through the agency, including workers compensation coverage. The employee gains valuable work experience and a current reference. The duration of a work experience is a maximum of 12 weeks.

On the Job Training (OJT) is a program in which the Department of Workforce Development pays 50% of the employee’s wages for up to 90 days, depending on the complexity of the job and amount of training necessary, in order to offset the cost of training the new worker. This payment is made prior to the employee’s start date.
